Monique is a registered Osteopath who graduated from RMIT University, holding a double degree, Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). Monique's interest in Osteopathy originated from injuries sustained during most of her life dedicated to dance. Monique's passion extends beyond dance injuries to include a focus on Paediatric and Women's health, demonstrating her commitment to providing holistic healthcare for people of all ages and life stages.

With additional training and certification in Myofascial Cupping and Dry Needling, Monique enhances her Osteopathic treatments, providing a well-rounded and effective approach to healing.

Outside her clinical work, Monique holds a part-time role as a dance teacher, demonstrating her passion for movement as medicine to her students. Through her enthusiasm for dance, she instils a love for movement in those she teaches.

In her leisure time, Monique indulges in a good cup of coffee, enjoys reformer pilates classes, and nurtures her passion for the theatre.
