Do you offer same day Osteopathy appointments?

Yes, majority of the time you will be able to find an appointment on the same day for Osteopathy, Exercise Physiology or Remedial Massage bookings. If you do not see something online please call us on 0393502490 and our friendly receptionists will attempt to find a suitable time for you.

Do you take Private Health Insurance?

We accept private health insurance claims. This is dependant on the level of your cover for each type of health service.

Do you take Medicare appointments?

We do offer chronic disease management plan treatments. You can organise a referral through your local GP. If you require further information on how the plan works please contact us.

Do you take NDIS, TAC and Worksafe appointments?

We offer appointments for all these 3rd party providers.

How long is a typical Osteopathy consultation?

The majority of consultations are 30-45 minutes. We allow this time to ensure treatment is comprehensive.

What is an Exercise Physiologist?

Exercise Physiologists are university trained professionals in exercise rehabilitation. They are also part of health insurance, TAC, Worksafe and NDIS.

What payment types are accepted?

All major credit cards, debit cards and cash are accepted.

Do you offer any Concessions?

We do cover concession rates for seniors, pensioners, students, children and health care card holders specific to the health service provided. Please call the clinic for information regarding the schedule of fees.

Do you have car parking?

There is onsite car parking via the rear lane off Sussex street.

Do you have an Essendon Osteopathy clinic location?

OsteopathyOne originally opened in Essendon in 2010. During covid 19 pandemic we consolidated the 2 clinics and are now based only out of our purpose built Pascoe Vale clinic. Our Osteopaths,  Exercise Physiologists and Remedial Massage Therapist still service patients from the Essendon, Moonee Ponds, Coburg and surrounding suburbs.

Do you treat Osteoarthritis?

YES. Osteopaths and Exercise Physiologists are known for assisting patients with both immobility and pain caused by osteoarthritis or what is typically known as arthritis. Other words are used to describe degenerative musclo-skeletal conditions such as, spondylosis, tendinosis and degenerative joint disease.
