OsteopathyOne: Essential Service
Stage 4 restrictions:
As an essential service, OsteopathyOne will remain open for business during this 4th Stage of Restrictions. However we have been advised that non-essential treatment be ceased to reduce the flow of people in the community to help assist in the containment of the spread of COVID 19.
To be a bit more specific if your condition can wait to be treated then it is best to wait until the end of stage 4. If your condition is severe enough that without treatment you would deteriorate and may require hospital or specialist care then you can continue to attend your appointment. This will be a case by case situation.
This is our current advice but can change without notice.
It is mandatory to wear a face mask within our clinic.
- If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath or flu like symptoms and/or have been recently overseas or been in contact with someone who may have been exposed to coronavirus in the past 2 weeks please contact the clinic before making an appointment.
- If you have potentially been exposed to coronavirus you should self quarantine for at least 2 weeks to see if you become symptomatic. If you do develop symptoms please contact your GP clinic or local hospital.
- In the unfortunate case you have or did have coronavirus we ask you do not attend the clinic until you have been medically cleared.
- OsteopathyOne is taking necessary steps to clean common areas and treatment rooms to minimise any spread of the virus. Treatment tables are cleaned after each patient.
