What is an Exercise Physiologist?

Exercise Physiologists are University trained exercise educators.  They are highly trained allied health professionals with the necessary skills to assess and prescribe appropriate exercise for clinical conditions.  They are trained to prescribe programs for individuals with musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory and endocrine disorders.  All our Exercise Physiologists are members of ESSA.
