The team at OsteopathyOne hopes you have been well and safe when in the community. We have now been operating solely from our Pascoe Vale clinic and it has been a huge success with our patients happily transitioning to our new principal premises.
Covid-19 Procedures
- All patients will have their temperature checked on arrival.
- We are allowing 45 minutes for a regular 30 minute appointment. This gives us extra time to clean and for patients to leave prior to the next patient arriving. We hope this will minimise patients in our waiting area and help to maintain social distancing.
- Please use the hand sanitiser or wash your hands on arrival.
- You will be asked some basic questions regarding any potential exposure to coronavirus.
- Treatment tables are cleaned after each patient.
- Regular cleaning of common areas.
We ask all patients to reschedule your appointment if you have any upper respiratory symptoms.
Online Booking
Our online booking system is operational for the majority of our practitioners. Some practitioners are not utilising online booking but are treating so if you don’t see their name then its best to email them or the clinic directly.
Telehealth
Telehealth is still available and we feel it should become an integrated part of your regular care. There are some conditions which can be followed up via telehealth rather than in clinic consultations.
Dr Scott Toniazzo
Dr Scott Toniazzo has decided to focus on his own clinic, The Osteo Collective in Malvern East. Dr Toniazzo has been an amazing part of the OsteopathyOne team. He has been with us for 8 years and has been an integral part of our growth. I’m sure his regular patients wish him the best for his future endeavours. Sonia Crane
Congratulations to our amazing Remedial Massage therapist Sonia Crane on the arrival of her beautiful baby girl. The family are doing well and we can’t wait to meet her. Sonia will be back treating soon and we can’t wait to see her back in the clinic.
Julian Timpano
Our magnificent Myotherapist Julian Timpano has decided to focus his time at his Carlton clinic. Julian has been an integral team member being booked out every week for years. We wish Julian the best of success in his career.
Remedial Massage / Myotherapy
We currently do not have Remedial Massage or Myotherapy services at OsteopathyOne. There was some confusion regarding government restrictions for these services and for practitioner safety we decided to pause treatment. We will keep you updated when our services return to normal.
